• Daily market updates via Telegram automation

• CTC-based financial profiling

2. User Responsibilities

• Full payment is required upfront via Razorpay before accessing any personalized report.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.

• No refunds will be issued once the report generation process is triggered.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, tools, branding (including “SmartWealth AI”), and reports are the intellectual property of Akshant Advisory.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reuse the report or any component without written consent.
  
  

5. Data Usage

• We store form responses to generate reports.

• Your data is handled securely and is not shared with third parties unless required for report generation or legal compliance. (Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.)
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

Akshant Advisory and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, damages, or decisions taken based on our reports.

• Any system downtime, API failures, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., Razorpay, Telegram, Google Drive).

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after such changes will constitute your consent.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
